Shipping Information

Firstly, it is important to note that we only sell and ship products worldwide. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter what. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of customers service at all times. Furthermore, at Whimsy World, we offer free shipping on all of our products.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

          Processing time

  • Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. 

          Shipping time

  • This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5-7 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a tracking link, as well as directions on how to use it. Please note, in some cases you may receive the tracking link separately to your confirmation email.

Out Of Stock 

All products that are presented on our website are "In Stock" in the warehouse and available for immediate dispatch. However, in the event of any ordered products not being available for immediate dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In this case, you receive an email notification of an order cancellation, as a result of stock out, confirming that any pre-authorization has been released or payment refunded. 

Delivery Failure

It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is someone present at the delivery address on the specified date to receive the parcel. If no one is present, the courier may deliver the products to a neighbor and should leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. The parcel may also be left in a safe location on the property, including porches, sheds and garages. Whimsy World holds no responsibility over the couriers decisions on where to leave the parcel, if no one at the address is present. In case the parcel has not arrived on the specified date and time, we will offer full support to our customers by directly contacting the courier company and try to resolve the issue. 

Important Notice  

We understand the frustration that may be caused whilst awaiting your purchase, due to the above stated delivery times. However, the customer must understand that he/she agrees to the delivery method and duration upon purchasing a product from our company. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we truly believe that the wait will be well-deserved! 

Please note that all our delivery times are only guidelines and are not 100% guaranteed due to certain factors, which are outside of our control.
